"I came in just after they turned off their oven and they didn't have any pizza. It was my last night before leaving Michigan and I really wanted to have some of their pizza before I went. The guy turned the oven back on and made me a pizza!! And when I told him my family planned to eat some subs on the way home, he made them fresh and put the dressing on the side so they wouldn't get soggy. Now that is what I call customer service!
