Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

"Terrible service. Went through drive through… only car in line. Girl seemed to have a lot of trouble putting in order of 1 chicken strip basket, 1 drink, 2 sundaes and a single cheeseburger. after finally reciting order correctly I waited about 5 minutes for my food. The lady handed my the drink and then a large bag and said I was all set and sent me off. I got home 20 minutes later after spending almost $34 on that SMALL meal for me and my two little kids I found out they didn’t give me the two sundaes. I called to see if they would give me a credit since I’m 20 minutes away, it’s late & I have 2 small children with me. I was denied credit even though the girl on the phone clearly remembered me and new she forgot the ice creams. She said twice that I could only come back & pick them up tonight. $10 down the drain to a greedy fast food chain."

"Will NOT be returning to this location!! Ordered two of the 88 cent blizzards. I'm told you can only order them on the app but there is nowhere on the app that you can. A worker and I looked. So she rung them up for me. Came out to over $6. What?? But there was no way of correcting her because everyone was too distracted over a fight between two coworkers that was happening in the back. One coworker literally had to break it up. There was screaming, using of the N word involved, cussing. And this place was packed with families and kids. My daughter was with me!!"

"Pulled in drive thru in evening around 8:30pm on a Saturday. Craving a delicious Blizzard. Ordered the new Sea salt toffee fudge Blizzard and due to long line it was a very long 15-20 minute wait. Handed me Blizzard with top on. Opened top as driving away to eat and I was handed a Blizzard Soup! Pics as Shown were when I got home but it was literally in same condition as I received it just more soupy. It was ALL completely melted (see pics) and really disappointing. Looked like it would have tasted good. If I wanted soup I would have headed to my nearest diner not DQ!! Hopefully the workers can start looking at the food product before handing off to their customer. Never going here again to get a Blizzard."

"Got to say in times like this where people don't want to work and you go to a fast food restaurant and everything is messy and people grumpy, I had a great experience here. The staff were very nice and welcoming and not only that but the whole facility was very clean and organized. Thank you for the great experience!"
