"This place does not even deserve a star. Management is filthy, food is filthy, and the place is filthy. I would not even feed my dog from this filthy place. And the black girl with the blonde wig needs to go ASAP. Lazy people are working there."
"Everytime I order from Wingstop on 8 mile and Woodward they forget something, the food is always good the problem is always the service. I always order 2 LG voodoo fries and always only get one, my last time(about a month ago) I called and spoke to someone and they said they would refund my card(never happened). I paid for extra rance and didn't even get what was included in my order. I understand they are always busy especially on the weekends but come on."
"I placed my order and went to pick up in after the 30 min time they gave me for pickup. Once I arrived, all the staff had headphones in. All the customers were standing around while no one was greeted. Eventually, I decided to yell at someone so they could hear me over their headphones to see if one of the several bags was my order. My order was not ready, I waited another 30mins. They finally brought my order and it was 5 wings and fries. My order was for 20 wings. They threw my receipt in a huge pile of receipts and could not verify my order so they just said that's too bad. So I asked for a refund. The manager spent 30minutes trying to refund me and Saud he deleted everything out of the system and I should get a refund. No refund was received. So I decided to call. This manager told me that that was not his problem and there was nothing he could do. I will never goto a wing stop again."
"Ordered on the app. I had missing food. I called I was immediately put on hold. I was never taken off hold. I was put on with them hoping I would go away. I keep giving this location chance after chance. But I give now! They just suck!"
"My daughter loves Wingstop. It’s OK in my opinion but yeah if you like it you like it and if you don’t you don’t I guess you have to try it. The fries are nasty and the chicken sandwiches are dry."
