"I didn't like the fact I had to order at the kiosk. The $20 fill up box 6 pieces of chicken with 4 individual side items & I couldn't change my items. The prices steady going up & they subtracting the food. Smh I know you guys just doing your job but KFC need to better with the portions of food"

"This is the third time I have been disappointed with this location. I actually tried to contact corporate the last time. So why go back? The location is convenient, but I'm done. Ordered a chicken pot pie, broke through the crust to find a tablespoon of contents inside. I should have known the box was way too light. No I'm not returning food for a replacement. Tossed it in the trash. I'm through donating to this location."

"THIS PLACE SCAMMED US !!! THEY TOOK MY CARD INFORMATION AND PLACED ORDERS ONLINE FOR MULTIPLE STORES FOR PURCHASES OVER $200+ BE CAREFUL ! USE CASH ! Other than that food was good. "This last visit was very disappointing. They apparently ran out of original chicken and told me if I wanted to wait it will be 15mins. I said that's fine. I ordered, paid, was told to pull around. Which I did and after 30mins of waiting I called the store to which no one answered and the front door was locked in the 8pm hour so I couldn't go in and inquire about my order. Finally the young man brought me my order, no napkins or condiments which we had already went over (hot sauce and honey). There wasn't any I had to knock on the window to get the items as he laughed. I got my order home to only see a glob of chicken swimming in grease that pool to the bottom of the bucket. All the skin and ingredients slid off the chicken when you tried to pick it up. The manager was packing the food and if she thinks that was ok to serve she should be shamed. If you don't want to cook and provide quality food and service at 8pm just as you would when you open your doors at 11am or so then maybe this is not the job for you. There are still people out here that work hard for their money and want a break from cooking, this will not be my restaurant of choice with this type of treatment."

"I was excited to get the new spicy wings the price seemed right 8 Wings for $4:99. However I was very disappointed once I arrived at home to open a bag of old wings that have been sitting since like maybe 4 hours I took a bite however the meat was hard across was hard I did not enjoy it I went out to visit that store again on East 8 Mile near dequindre in Detroit they purposely gave me old food that was very rude and terrible customer service"
