"My friend and I decided to go grab a bite to eat. We were on the hunt for some breakfast food. So, we decided to go to one of my favorite spots and on our way there we noticed this place. Well, yup, you guessed it, we both agreed on eating here instead, considering neither one of us ate here before. Don't remember what day it was, but I know if was semi crowded this particular day. Enough to still see who's coming in and out and greet customers as they entered. Let's just say, we walked in, not one person greeted us, made eye contact or acknowledge our presence. So we stood for a few minutes and decided to sit at one of the tables near the entrance. I believe we sat there for about 5 minutes still no acknowledgement, a greeting or eye contact. Let me say this, the building is so small, it's hard to not have seen us come in. After the 5 minutes elapsed, we just decided to leave. I refuse to spend money somewhere that I feel my time and/or business is not appreciated. Long story short, I don't think you get a second chance for a first impression with me. As a business owner myself, I know the importance in making my customers feel appreciated and welcoming. To the owner of this establishment, please take the time and talk to your staff on the importance of customer service. A simple "hello," " I'll be with you in a moment," goes a long way. For the simple fact, you don't know who is walking into your place of business."

"Love this place. They have the best breakfast in the city, although it is a small place. The corned beef sandwich is great too! The service is excellent although you may have to wait awhile on a Saturday morning."

"My last visit my hash browns were not crispy on the outside, actually they were very soggy!!! I felt like I got the study pieces of bacon and my ham was not good like it usually is... Ummm going to give this place a BREAK!!! THEY CHARGE ME 0.75 for onions and 0.75 for green peppers!!! I think it's ridiculous"
