"Burger could have been seasoned & cooked well done. I found myself picking pieces of meat off that weren’t cooked enough. The guy was pretty nice though. I didn’t take it back in cause I had already had my shake made over because it was too runny. The girl just rolled her eyes when I mentioned it was too loose…the guy made it over. When I’m spending over &15 just for a burger & milkshake it should be right. Ijs…I’ll pass on Five guys next time. Eat @ home"

"I visited this location around 8pm and it wasn't as busy. Staff was nice and respectful. We had take out and the food was good (little soggy by the time we ate it, but ok). You gotta be prepared though to pay almost an arm and a leg, because their prices have definitely gone up, over $11 for burger from a fast food store!"
