"This is definitely not the place to receive service with a smile. The lady preparing my order gave extremely small portions of everything; like literally a half scoop of rice, three strips of steak, a pinch of cheese, a pinch of lettuce. Her attitude wasn't the nicest, and to top it off, as I was paying for my order and leaving, I see the same lady that passes out super small portions, piling up a bowl packed with meat for herself (which another employee confirmed in their conversation). I'm pretty sure it's the same heavy set lady with the nasty attitude that most referred to in their reviews. I'll definitely try my best to avoid this place."

"DO NOT go to this location. It was earlier in the day and they did not have fajita veggies. The server was rude about it. There were 4 employees just hanging out in the lobby and having a personal conversation with who was serving us. Apparently Ariel looked cute today and they wanted her to take a picture. There was constant use of profanity. Especially of the F word. Unprofessional group of people. I would be ashamed if they were the representation of my establishment."

"Last time I will walk into this joke of a business. Absolutely RUDE STAFF, didn’t want to do their job. The heavy set lady kept rolling her eyes. Wanted to hurry up and get us out. It wasn’t busy. Threw wrong ingredients in our bowl and then we let her know so she then dropped the F Bomb and threw it in the trash. Then my sons bowl had a like a tablespoon of chicken. She charged me 3.25 for a side sauce cup of chicken. The rice was CRUNCHY and bowls were NOT FILLED. Horrible service, staff had attitudes. Completely unprofessional! DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DRIVE TO THE NEXT CHIPOTLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE UNLESS THEY CHANGE LEADERSHIP. Do not go here if you want a joke of a a manager and staff to make your food. 0 stars for this location if I can rate it. UNBELIEVABLE!"
