"Went to this McDonalds about 8 minutes ago today was told by a young team member with the instruction from her manager, they no longer sell cookie totes…. I am currently at 8 and Greenfield picking up my cookie tote. This location has lazy and have zero work ethic, lying to customers because you don't want to go through the trouble of doing your job, that you applied for is crazy and a huge issue."

"This past Saturday night i visited. To be fair they were clearly short staffed. I believe only 2 workers it looked like but i could we wrong. I say by the speaker unable to order while the other line moved. I discovered the microphone was so quiet i couldn't hear the lady untilthe other people were gone. I thought i did and asked if they were speaking to us and was ignored. They never did respond until someone else pulled behind us. They actually ignored me. I didn't leave because my friend needed to eat. It took us over 40 minutes to get 2 mcchickens. My friend was really hungry and it looked like it may have been good but i will be very unlikely to ever return."
