"I was bringing a friend through the drive through. I had an interesting experience. My friend made a mistake but she was adamant the last time she went to that McDonald's they told her that was how it was done. They asked if she was using the app. I didn't know they did that myself. She responded by saying "yes, I may" she ordered and we got to the guy who takes the money. She informed him that she used the app and the price should do. Note that she has not paid yet. He tells her that's not how this works. She argued, this is how they told me to do last time. He looked at me and said, you're friend doesn't understand what I'm saying. Could you explain this to your friend. She's a woman and I'm a man. He's a man. It just seemed to me that he was suggesting that because she is a woman and I'm a man that I can understand. The fact is she didn't misunderstand anything. She said this is how she was told it was supposed to be done. She had to finish her app choices before she paid. That makes sense to me. He was supposed to be taking her order but someone else was and he was incapable of making any changes and he didn't want to go to the other person to have it done. It just looks really bad when she was not misunderstanding anything and he was only saying that in an implication that she can't understand for some reason what the men can just to deal with that situation rather than just saying, I'm sorry I can't do that."

"DON'T GO TO NO MCDONALD'S NO MORE!!!!! The service is bad, they don't greet customers properly. "Welcome to McDonald's, how may I take your order?" Now it's, "what up, what you want?" The order always come out wrong or missing something. The only reason I go is for my kids, but no!!!!!! F--k a Happy Meal because it aint happy no more!"

"Quick stop to pick up an online order of med roast caffeinated coffee with vanilla syrup and cream and sugar on side. Mcdonalds still has some of the best coffee, service was quick. Cashier was a little confused when I asked for cream and sugar on the side. She explained they had already added the vanilla syrup, however because of the coffee strength you almost always need extra cream and maybe 1 sugar. Bye the way this was a free mcdonalds app reward, which made the coffee even better."

"Terrible customer service. Back window cashier today had the nastiest attitude and lied to my face about not being able to accept the mobile app coupon because it would “freeze her computer” because I didn’t let her know at the drive through. She forced me to pay full price and didn’t even try to do the coupon. Garbage service and that’s girl needs to lose her job. Already made my call to corporate with her name and position. If you can’t handle customer service don’t work at McDonalds plain and simple. Oh and you can’t tell a McDonald’s worker how things work. She won’t be working long."
