"This place is trash, I waited over 20 minutes for an ice cream come... never came! I then had to sit in the drive thru for an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes bc of course you can't go inside. And you already know they have me a super hard time acting like I was trying to scam a $2 ice cream cone. Do better.. oh and they don't answer the phone so I wouldn't even bother!!!±"
"So I enter at 11:43 (1/20/24) because I placed a curbside order for a frappe around 11:30. After walking carefully on a wet floor with no sign visible, I expressed concern for the delay. I was told rudely by the cashier at the time that she don't go outside when it's cold. I can't wait until Monday morning so I can call corporate and find out why they don't have a feature that expresses how THIS worker doesn't come outside when it's cold. Super excited about tomorrow."
"I decided to visit this location because I was in a crunch for my lunch break and was craving a Big Mac. However upon arriving back to work to eat my lunch, I would’ve never imagined that my Big Mac would be missing a patty. Like I wish I was making this up. I had no time to go back to have my order fixed and I never thought I would have to check my order to make sure the patty was on my sandwich. Not sure. I will return but if you find yourself at this establishment, be sure to FULLY check your order before leaving."
