"My wife and I placed an order via the Freshii app on 2/22 from this location. The bowls were ice cold, the portions were half of what we'd normally receive and the food was generally inedible. The person staffed this evening was clearly not equipped to handle basic store operations. We were offered no assistance that night and the whole run around was a significant waste of our time. We're regular customers here and this was an extremely poor experience."

"I tried grabbing a salad from Here expecting a healthy option. I was greated with a hefty bill and figured high quality food is worth it... high quality moldy lettuce? Don't think I would eat anything from here."

"We LOVED the food! Healthy and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also have a nice little outside seating area. You’re probably wondering why only 3 stars? This is the thing: the seats are so hard you need to bring your own cushion. They didn’t mark our burritos so my husband who is low carb ate half of my sandwich before we noticed. Also they serve the soup in a 24 Oz plastic take out container which is difficult to eat out of since it is a vertical shape. The Smokehouse burrito was not Smokey at all. In fact they forgot to put the cheddar on it. Also the metal platters and metal chairs are very loud and clattering which made me jump every few minutes. Also the prices are a bit high. Having said all that I think with a little tweaking the owners could make this a 5 star place!"

"I love FRESHII!! Honestly when you have so many dietary restrictions it's almost feels like why bother to eat out. This place is amazing. I used to order thru Doordash til I was told to get the APP because Doordash over charges. I finally did ..and they have all the items that are in the restaurant. Doordash has a limited amount of items on there APP that you can order. Plus you get points when you order thru there APP. I love to be appreciated. My only complaint is they added rice to my meal when I specifically said no rice. And I also wanted strawberries added to my smoothie and they never added my strawberries. So I had to wait til they re made everything that was a nuisance. They should have offered me something for the inconvenience. But they didn't. I haven't ordered anything I didn't like. So far everything I have ever ordered is delicious. Consider branching out to Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills and even Troy. There should be a Freshii in every town. Thanks!"
