"THE ENTIRE STAFF IS MAKING FOOD WITH NO GLOVES FOR 30-40 mins that I WAS WAITING. DISGUSTING. The owner will respond saying sorry but the store is still EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS SLOW FOR A RESTAURANT. There’s no care or concern for your time or order. Please don’t go here."

"My daughter and I were traveling to visit my mother at Woodward Hills nursing home and my daughter asked me to order a chicken sandwich at Wingstop in Royal Oak. We downloaded the app and placed an order at 3:59pm. In the interim I ordered a sandwich at Jimmy John’s and picked it up 8 minutes later. Pulled up at Wingstop @4:20. My daughter went in and waited. At 4:35 I went in to see what the delay was and was told it would be 3 more minutes. At this point we had less than one hour to see my Mom. Finally at 4:47 she received her sandwich. And it was not busy - it was well before dinner. 48 minutes for 1 sandwich! Horrible service and the people working behind the counter were in no rush. I told my daughter we would never again order Wingstop. We only got to visit with my mom for 20 minutes - my Mom was sad. Please do not give this restaurant your money - they don’t respect you as a customer."

"This was a great experience the food was fresh the service was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and also received a free fry because I did a quick survey. The wings were delicious and the fries. Great customer service and fresh food."

"1st time trying this place. Simple choices but lots of options. Boneless option of wings were very juicy, I thought they’d be a little bigger but I probably had the size of the tenders in my head. A lot of fries and the seasoning was really good. We will definitely be eating at Wingstop again. Service was standard and all our questions were answered effectively, politely and our order was served accurately. Seemed to take a little longer than we thought it would have. Food was worth the little bit of wait. Restaurant itself was a ok. Floors were a little sticky but there was crew members cleaning with bucket of soap and water & rags."

"I wanted to talk about the customer service and speed. I ordered 10 boneless wings 2 months ago but the cashier couldn’t hear me because 3-5 rude door dashers rushed up to her shoving their phones in her face forcing her to attend to them. So when i get home i had an incorrect order. I wasn’t upset I called back told them my order was wrong they were very accommodating and told me they would remake it my next visit, Fast forward to today Latoya was working the cash register she was very pleasant, she remade my order The GM Earnest approached me and apologized for the incorrect order and really made me feel valued as a customer. Another employee Nyree was very attentive. As Latoya prepared the food Nyree was super personable and just talked to me while I waited and was super nice. I can appreciate immensely when business make a proper correction, and I appreciate when they do what they can to make a customer feel good. I’m not a regular customer (like I don’t come here all the time) but I can say this was literally the best wing stop I had and I’m very impressed by the customer service i will now and forever go out my way to come to this one"
