"After a long week me and my wife decided that we would treat ourselves to Taco bell. She only likes meat and cheese on her tacos. I ordered supreme... Six and six in a taco 12 pack. What is this? Her's is basically an empty shell and I'm missing tomatoes and sour cream!NOT HAPPY AT ALL... Always check your food before you leave!!!!!"

"I was a regular patron here for over a year, but this morning there was a foreign object in my food. I ordered three Cheesy Bean & Rice burritos and there was some kind of *blue pellet* in the beans in one of them, after I already finished my first one. I'm concerned because there should be nothing *pure blue* in the ingredients for that item. I even talked to two managers here and they had no idea what it could have been. To be honest, it looked like the pellets of *rat poison* that are sold in stores. The first manager I talked to, Ashley, hung up when I called to ask about the situation and she didnt seem to understand the seriousness of the issue. Her attitude was that *she cooked the food*, so nothing could be wrong with it. I used to work in fast food and this wouldn't fly... indifference to food contamination is just playing with people's lives and health. I really loved coming to this Taco Bell twice a week inbetween work and errands. I really looked forward to the food given the good price for what you're getting and the employees were always super nice (except the one I talked over the phone to) even though it seems understaffed and the cooks do a lot of hard work. I've seen John working there a few times and he's always seemed like a great manager to work with who cares about customer service. Dianna as well"

"I had a terrible experience this morning at this location. Second time experiencing rude customer service from an employee and this time a manager as well! The employee forgot to ask if I wanted sauce, then as she took my money never spoke. I pulled off and realized I didn't have any sauce so I pulled back around and let her know she didn't ask which she denied, then grabbed the sauce and threw it out the window at me! Very unacceptable! Period. I spoke with the manager on shift only for her to tell me ma'am its just Taco bell its not that serious after I had to get out and go in. Im asking for a manager and not one employee responded yet the demand more money! Work on your customer service skills first! I will NEVER patronize that location again."

"Terrible attention from the staff of this store I line up they are slow it is understood the girl on the answering machine cannot be heard I was stopped for more than 3 minutes I kept assuming it is useless and I get to the window to be told that they cannot attend me what to do line again I tell the young man that I will not leave that I want my food I had already waited for 20 minutes waiting in line in any other restaurant they serve you since it is not my fault that his mouth cannot be heard but obviously you can see the racism of the manager and Employees should pay more attention to the staff that attends their branches, at least with this experience I will never go back to this branch to buy in my life, it is rude and it really bothers me. Also, my mother was very hungry. We had to go to another branch in Soufield, where thanks. God if they treated us decently big difference in staff."
