"Food was terrible, burnt and messed with. The tortilla in My Mexican pizza was a dark orange color, the pizza was already cut up in pieces and super brittle. When I called, the person who answered the phone claimed that the reason the tortilla was orange was because of the grease. I then stated that they are probably using old grease then and her response was no, that actually the tortilla was burnt and that the person that made the tortillas earlier that day burnt them. So you’re admitting to giving me burnt food?!!! Why would u give me burnt food?! She also claimed that the pizza comes cut up(I’ve never had one cut up before ever). Then I mentioned how my grilled cheese burrito was super small and not made like the burrito normally comes, her exact response was that all the other locations are over proportioning the food and that she gave me the correct proportion of what the burrito is suppose to be. (The grilled cheese burrito she gave me was smaller than a 5 layer beefy burrito). No apologies, no solutions. We spent over $40 and all the food was messed up! Never again!"
"Ordered online. Ended up waiting for over 30 minutes (after a 10 minute drive). Finally got an employees attention after 3 others ignored me. Turns out, they had my order sitting by the register the whole time, since before i even got there, instead of the "online order pickup" shelf. Food was old and cold. They were so busy, if i had them remake it i wouldve had to wait another 30 minutes."
"Tried 1 of their new offerings: double beef Burrito. Great without the liquid Nacho cheese sauce...it'll kill you. Lol. But really, not good for you if we are being truthful about liquid Nacho cheese sauce in general. Just ask for it to be built without the liquid cheese & it really is a good Burrito & a good value."
"You ask for no lettuce so they also give you less meat and cheese than normal? Literally it was 90% shell. At Del Taco they fill your taco up with cheese at least when you don't get lettuce she they always have twice as much meat as Taco Bell. Wish del taco was taking orders tonight!"
"Usually my experience with this location has always been awesome but tonight it was awful. My cheesy roll ups were rolled and folded in half. The bottom of my taco suck to the paper. The inside taco shell of my crunch wrap was soggy. And i was missing the cheese for my nacho fries. The staff was even very rude to my husband when he went to pick up the food. I am very disappointed."
