"Food is cold, over priced, and took well over an hour to arrive after ordering. Do not get food here, eat before you come."

"Came in on a Saturday evening and was surprised to be seated so quickly. Waitress was friendly but that was all. After taking our drink order at least fifteen minutes would go by before she came back to the table. At one point I sat with an empty glass for twenty minutes. Salsa for the chips and salsa was horrible and the rest of our food was sub par. I've had better food at fast food restaurants."

"I came in to celebrate my birthday, and ended up receiving a horrible guest experience. I got there at 10:15, with my personal bowling ball in hand, and told the guy at the counter I was waiting on friends. They all arrived, we ordered drinks, and when we tried to get a lane at 10:40 they told us last call for bowling was at 10:30. There was never any mention of this, nor was there ever a last call made for bowling. Several other lanes of people bowled until 12. They could have let us bowl; the staff was clearly just trying to close up early. Anyway, they had just served us a bucket of beer, so we stayed to shoot pool. The staff made it very clear through their stares, and lack of service that we were not welcome. Get bowling, beer, and food elsewhere for higher quality, lower prices, and better hospitality. Don't make the same mistake I made. Very disappointed."

"Tarable service. We waited over an hour just to place a drink order. Seated us and never came back. Food was decent. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of better restraunt around. Had to give it one star because it Google doesn't have a black hole option."

"After the countless commercials during the many movies my husband and I go see at the royal oak location we decided to try it while we wait for the movie to start. Horrible service from the start. We were told to find a booth after the sign clearly states please wait to be seated. After we find our own seating, menus were bought to us and the waiting game had begun. 20-25 mins passed before I decided to get up and walk up to someone to ask for service. This was around 6pm so the crowd hadn't came in yet. Finally a waiter was assigned to our table after that long wait of not even water being bought out. I was highly disappointed. My husband and I will not be returning...... update: the VP has been very accommodating. I really appreciate the time and effort taken out to resolve my issue."
