"I’m putting up a door dash and got kick out at 9:35am no lines no customer told restaurant doesn’t open up into 10am sometimes base off off what I was told by a new employee coming in but the door was unlocked then the cook came from behind to lock the door after me and the restaurant worker and manager when back to eating the food that should’ve when to customer…the older lady with bowl cut wig first tried to run away from her getting caught eating then came back smiling like whatever.. it’s sad because where I’m from The restaurant is open at 8am on the inside not 10am and the workers at that location are friendly and nice but I guess you pay for what you get because the Wendy’s by me in Novi knows how to run a business versus this location will be close soon or have new employees and sad thing is it wasn’t busy but their old and lazy. Hire new employees before it’s too late."

"I did an online order for a peppermint shake, sat in the drive thru line, then was told at the window they don’t have any peppermint shakes. It needs to come off mobile ordering if it’s not available."

"Placed the order through the app. We have gone to this location previously and had no problems. Had to custom burgers. One is due to allergies one due to it makes me sick to have mayo on my sandwich. On the first sandwich, the no cheese one they put the cheese on it. First mistake. The second sandwich was supposed to be extra pickles, and that was it. They wiped the mayo off the bun of the second sandwich and then made it right. So I can't eat it. So, really losing on both ends, yes, they fixed it. Why should we have to come all the way back to the restaurant for this. Plus, the staff that cared for us in the first place tried giving us other peoples food."

"Went here to get a biggie bag, Byron told me my total was 7.61. When I looked at my receipt the total was 16.21 they added a spicy chicken combo on here also. Will never come back there. They are SHADY AND THEIVES"

"Spoiled my appetite. Come to Wendy’s to order breakfast and when I get to the speaker to order, a truck to come clean their grease trap was there to clean it out. OMG one of the worst smells, EVER. It was hard to roll my window down to even pay for my food! This should be done at a time where they aren’t open so that customers wouldn’t have to succumb to the sick smell. I was sent to Wendy’s to pick up a mobile order, while in line I decided that I wanted some seasoned potatoes for myself, once I received my order I asked for Ghost pepper ranch (Ghost pepper ranch was in the mobile order bag free of charge) I then said, I have potatoes, why would I have to pay for it and it was free when ordered on the app? She then said that’s the way this store does it, but it didn’t make sense to me. Seems that she only got snappy with me because I asked for no ice in the mobile order drink, she made a remark under her breath and I said “It didn’t have the option on the app to remove ice, but I don’t want ice”. The whole morning experience was terrible. It’s really said to see the horrible customer service coming from someone well over 55, I expect this low tier of customer service from a young adult with no customer service experience. No to mention, my change from the ghost pepper ranch fell on the ground and I couldn’t open my door or back up to retrieve it because the guy collecting the old grease was blocking the drive thru lane. Will definitely call corporate after this and let my fellow local UAW members know that the 8 mile & Livernois is better"
