"I really liked this location until New Year’s Day. I arrived to the location at 10p (I checked the website). The majority of the lights were out but the door was open. I entered and was told by the manager they were closed. I asked how when the door was open and they were accepting orders for DoorDash. I waisted my time and gas without explanation as to why the store was closed. I came back today 1/12/24 and I walked to the counter waiting on someone to take my order. A guy walked in and went right to the register as if I wasn’t next in line. I explained my issue and asked why she skipped me…all she said was my apologies. I need to find another lunch spot. Management sucks"

"Just found out about this place and I'm glad I did. The quality and variety of burgers and chicken combos are unmatched. Delicious. Seasoned fries were good too, and their boom sauce you can put on everything. So excited to try more. Also love how they're open late."

"I have come to this location many times. Each time, the quality has gotten a bit worse each time. My burger, the simple slider, should have been called the condiment brick instead. It was overcooked and way too much on the condiments. The fries were all a different shade of brown. All cold. Yet they just came out. My chicken fingers were really the only edible food I had. So this was your last try gonna move on to another location. You have had more than 3 strikes your out in my book.. No need to contact me I know from your other reviews you don't really follow through on them."

"I used to love this place when it first opened a few years ago. Grabbed a couple sliders and was taken back by the price but the quality was exceptional and was wholly satisfied. Multiple visits left me a happy customer, but over time the quality has faded from what it once was. The last two stops at the Ferndale location have given me what seemed like microwaved chicken tenders and most recently the smallest chicken wings that could functionally be called chicken wings. I don't usually but the chicken wing order was so deplorable I made a comment through the website if only to just log my displeasure with the meal and hope for improvement from the restaurant. These chicken wings were barely larger than a ketchup packet.... I was contacted promptly by the manager and he requested me call him back to provide additional details. I have left three messages over the last three weeks with no response. Poor quality food, poor customer service from a place that seemed to be doing everything right"

"A bit underwhelmed.. had the boxes 4 and 5. The meat was dry. Sweet potato fries were good.. Will try again... maybe the chicken fingers and the original savy slider.... staff was very nice, place is clean. Parking lot is small. Thinking staff parks there too rather than near by."
