"My wife and I found Mr. Cruz to be very professional, very fair, and as personable and patient as anyone could expect for a no-nonsense situation like a driving exam. As my wife is a non-native speaker of English, I was present to provide interpreting as needed. Mr. Cruz gave clear instructions during the exam, which was helpful for both of us. His calm and neutral manner helped her stay focused on her tasks without feeling unnecessarily intimidated. My wife passed the exam, but where she had made mistakes, Mr. Cruz gave thorough explanations of his scoring and of the expected actions, in a way which was otherwise non-judgmental and obviously focused on making her an even better and safer driver.
