"Been here a couple times and every time, the drive thru experience was excellent. Friendly, food was hot and fresh, people are great! Keep up the great work Burger King!"

"Indian guy who I believe is the owner is super rude. My card didn't go through on the first swipe and he shoved it back at me asking for another card. I asked him to swipe again and he was annoyed saying he would only do it one more time because he doesn't have time for all of that (there was nobody behind me in the drive thru). He swiped it again and it went through. His attitude left a bad taste in my mouth and acted as if he was doing ME a favor. Guy working the window also forgot to give me a straw and pretended he didn't see me sitting at the window for 4 min before he opened it and asked what I needed. Terrible establishment. Food was no good either."

"I got into an argument with their order taker about whether or not I could change a soft drink to a milk shake as long as I was willing to pay the extra cost. I had done the survey on a prior receipt for a free sandwich with the purchase of a medium soft drink and fries. Before this incident occurred, I had already done this switch twice. Now, all of a sudden, they wouldn't let me do it. So, I asked to speak to a manager. The kid that was waiting on me just got another kid to act like he was the manager and then the trouble started. I know the manager there is not a child and he is very nice. These two clowns were obviously messing with me and I called them out on it. I got tired of arguing with the (voice-in-the-box) and drove off shaking my fist at the window. Everybody I tell this story to gets a good laugh out of it. So I guess it's not a total waste. And in conclusion, I drove to a different BK on Woodward and got it my way. Good times."

"Incase you’re planning on ordering from them, think about it before you do. I asked for extra grilled onions on my classic melt, there were zero onions . The cheese was still a slice and not melted. I asked for the bk classic chicken sandwich, as you can see it came in a bun only when I asked for raw onions and extra pickles. There were no tomatoes lettuce and sauce as it was mentioned on their menu. My hamburger came with cold buns as well with two pickles and ketchup. I called to speak with the manager whose name was James. And asked for refund he told me he couldn’t do it on his part I have to call DoorDash. I called DoorDash and the agent reached back to them to get my refund he argued with them about it talking about “doordash does the refunds not us” I still havent been able to get my refund. Worst experience."

"I came thru the drive-thru to get a quick lunch. I regret making that decision. I get it. It is fast food but come on, try to resemble at least some quality. I ordered a Whopper with Cheese, no Pickles, or onions. Small French Fries and Chicken Fries with BBQ Sauce. The Chicken Fries was way beyond the shelf life. It was cold. You could visually see that it was terrible. The French Fries were cold and flavorless. The whopper was ok at best. I threw out the fries and chicken fries because, in my opinion, they were not fit for human consumption. Do better, Burger King; please work on your quality control."
