"Waited at the speaker for 15 mins when there were 2 cars total in the parking lot, before talking to anyone. Absolutely terrible service."

"Came thru the drivethru approx 3pm today... normally we come in the evening, but today I'm glad we came at this slower time. The young man at the window was so efficient and patient handling our larger, complicated order. Our food was fresh and amazing..... and All There!!! Whoever was running that show today Thank You!"

"This place is straight horrible this will be my last time ever ordering from this kfc the fact my food is never right never give condiments and give you whatever they feel they gone throw in the bag is crazy then they know they food is cold it’s never fresh so they never answer the phone I’m calling the kfc headquarters or something this one needs to be closed immediately"

"So where to start I'm always a bit apprehensive about getting anything from any KFC although I know there are some good ones out there. This KFC still has a closed dinning room and service is horrid the omployees are always hanging in the parking lot the manager included out in the parking lot sitting in a vehicle. I place my order wait in line and get my food and leave to go home and find I'm shorted some items. I call and I'm very upset so I know I gave attitude while talking to the person on the phone who happens to be the manager I tell him I don't trust him at this point just give me a refund for the shorted items he's also telling me this is a rare occurrence When I pull up and walk up to the window another person was standing there going back and forth with a older woman who also claimed to be the manager his stuff was screwed up. So I did get a refund and the young girl working the drive thru as I'm leaving comes out the door and yells don't come back here again well thanks for the advice young lady I will take you up on it I will not come back ever Don't you just love when things are so bad the employee even warns you not to come in they have insider info and know things are bad so thanks girl for the advise."

"Just wanted to grab a snack at a nearby kfc. Bad choice. The chicken was cold and was made very messy as you can see in the pictures. The drive thru woman at the window was the opposite of friendly. I won’t be back."
