"I woke up early on a Sunday morning to get to Home Depot when it opened and didn’t have coffee yet, so I ordered through my app. Got to the drive thru and their iced coffee machines were down. I really wanted an iced coffee because it’s too dang hot for hot coffee, but I told them to go ahead and make me a regular coffee instead. The person taking my order decided to whip up his own concoction with ice, coffee, cream, sugar, and the caramel syrup from the sundaes. Talk about going above and beyond with customer service! I don’t have his name and the store phone number takes me to Wisconsin, but it was today, at 8:30 am, whoever was scheduled to be on the speaker for the drive thru. Thank you SO MUCH! You truly started my day off with a HUGE smile and I am SO appreciative of your innovation and willingness to satisfy a customers cravings! Give that man a raise!!"
"I always go to this place an every time they remind me why I should stop going there my boyfriends food was over cooked my mcchicken it was super hard and the bread was super burnt this mcdonalds should be either shut down or restaffed because this is ridiculous and disgusting"
