"It's hard to get orders right at this place when you ask for no lettuce and get basically all lettuce and hardly and taco meat. Better off buying taco meat right across this place at Meijer and going home to cook it and have plenty of extra meat. The 4 tacos I got scrapped together and maybe made 1 normal taco sized portion of meat in a new shell. Won't come back to this location ever again. Sucks fast food is not worth getting when they can't get your orders correct."

"My updated one star is for service from my experience. Anything carryout seems to often be put last. Food for drive thru is faster than food that was ordered ahead and promised to be ready at a certain time. For both pickup customers and pickup delivery it seems to be common to be put aside. Especially having multiple people wait over 20 minutes inside when they already ordered at home while drive thru is coming and going is crazy. Crazier is a customer that said she was in there for over 35 minutes. I loved Taco Bell but pickup service is slow here. This is different from saying the employees are rude because they are not. They do their job but it's the organization with tending to/prioritizing customers that I hope improves."

"This was probably the best taco bell experience I've had since 2010. The burritos and chicken quesadilla were excellent and the quality was amazing. My waiter was a young man named Micheal Hamilton, that man saved my life while and he deserves a bonus and a raise of salary."

"I hate it. It’s probably more than 10 times I have gotten meat in my food. I don’t eat meat and I didn’t order any meat on the menu. It was a clear bean grilled burrito. Not even a chicken that they get confuse and give me a meat one. It’s every single time. Last few time they added meat to my Mexican pizza. I don’t understand is that can they not read what we order or they randomly choose to give whatever."
