"I am currently in the hospital due to this place. It's 11/29/2023 and I purchased my chicken sandwich around 3:50pm. I bit into my sandwich and I ended up pulling a string out my mouth. I didn't know what it was so I started separating my sandwich just to see more plastic cook into my bun. Then I started feeling something tickling my throat so I go over to Sinai Grace because I feel sick I believe I swallow down what I was feeling in my throat. It's confirmed that it's plastic. I tried calling but the phone hung up twice like the call not going thru. Be careful guys check food thoroughly"
"I want to this restaurant on November 30th 2022 at 9:45 p.m. on my way to my midnight job I ordered two Popeyes. That were so old they look like they were cooked the day before and just left out. The service was excellent the young man was very nice and very respectful but you took my money and you gave me old food. That I have a problem with."
"Price was good, customer service was ok, but client very disappointed with meal. The purpose of going early rather than later was to get fresh food. This had to be leftover from last night, and retried this morning. There’s no way we should’ve received old chicken shortly after opening. I would rather you ask me to come back or wait."
