"Onions make me ill; when ordering "no onions please", scraping almost all of them off is not good service... Also, no salt or packets for the fries. It's still White Castle, so still pretty good."

"There was only one car in front of me and when I pulled to the speaker I had to wait about 2 minutes before my order was taken. Then wait another 10-12 minutes for them to finish with the car in front of me. When I got to the window I made a statement, asking that they not put the cheeseburger returned from the car in front of me not be put on my order. This has happened to me many times, where they give the car in front of me my order or part of my and then turn around and try and pass it to me. Yes, I know they are not supposed to do that but they do. I don’t know what the car in front of me has done to that food. So I politely asked that they not do this on my current order. The worker slams to window walks away out of view for a minute then comes back with total attitude demanding payment without answering my question/statement. I asked if there was a problem and he keeps telling how much the tab is. I told him be in of his attitude I will go elsewhere. Even though I was hungry and had waited 20 minutes for “fast food” when they were not even busy (one car in front & one behind) I pulled off and left it behind. I don’t have to spend my money and receive bad service/attitude."

"My order was prepared just as I requested and my wait was not long at all. The young man that waited on me was nice and courteous. Good service experience."

"We’ve been to white castle a few times now (we’re from Canada) and I just feel they are a little over hyped. Not bad food for the price, but really nothing too too special! I do recommend the chicken and waffles though, but highly recommend getting syrup with it, or else it is very dry and plain! Tried the mini cheesecake on a stick for the first time this time as well, and it was pretty good for coming from a fast food place. I like the mini size, just enough to curb that sweet tooth craving after eating some greasy food!"
