"This place can't get an order that was repeated several times right. Went through drive thru. Pulled up and no one said anything for a few minutes. I said "Hello" a few times. Finally a response and the person taking the order just was not understanding after I politely repeated the order several times, understanding how bad it can be to work in food service. Had them repeat it back to me correctly and I pulled forward. The person collecting payment repeated the order to me incorrectly and I corrected them. I pay (my mistake for not checking the receipt after so much initial trouble) and pull forward. I collect the order and check the bag to see if anything obvious is missing. Nothing obvious missing, after glancing in the bag. After I pull away and get ready to eat I realize they got the order wrong, even after I was polite and patiently repeated what I wanted. Order was #4 w/o egg and an OJ instead of coffee; med strawberry smoothie; bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin. The "bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin" that I wanted turned out to be a "sausage, no egg, and double cheese McMuffin with bacon added." Wth. I didn't have the time to go back and complain."
