They were getting a new parking lot with new asphalt it was blocked off, I noticed they hadn't started yet so I drove on up & the friendly service staff hurried Even faster than normal & I had no problems =)"

"I have frequented Jimmy John's often, however, today when I went in I was served old rotten salami and I even found a blood stain on my bread. I decided to call instead of going back to the restaurant and putting their store on blast, as they were full of customers. Someone answered the phone nicely, but once I made them aware of my issue, he began to be aggressive, spoke over me, and he essentially dismissed my concerns before hanging up on me."

"Placed a pick up order at this location tonight. When I came in to get my order, I asked the man at the front for my food. Instead of speaking, he pointed at the pickup station behind me that I had missed when I walked in. As I grabbed my food and left, I heard the workers laughing at me. I hadn’t been in this location before so I didn’t know the layout. I didn’t realize it would be an inconvenience to ask the person working the front counter for my order. I felt like I had been bullied by high school boys for no reason."

"Anybody who gives this restaurant a poor review must be entitled. I have been to this shop many times. The parking lot is very bad but their is a free parking garage less than half a block away. These workers are fast and I have not had a bad experience ordering here. Wish the delivery distance was farther but I guess it wouldn't be freaky fast with a big delivery range."
