"One of the best franchise chain I’ve been to in awhile. My car got hit in their parking lot and I went into to ask for footage for insurance purpose. The manager ____ was not only helpful but offered me lunch out of the kindness of her heart. Highly recommend this establishment if you’re looking for a warm family environment."

"WARNING TO ALL PATRONS OF BOB EVANS: My visit to Bob Evans was absolutely horrible. Restaurant clean, great waitress until i began to complain about the salt all over my food. I ordered an omellete with home fries and a biscuit and my husband his meal. I hate to complain at times because at times when you do, you can feel that negative energy. When i tell you that my food had so much salt on it, there was enough salt for you to visibly see a light rocky layer over all my food As a heart patient, IF I WANTED SALT ON MY FOOD, I would prefer to put it on my myself. I then went to the manager and asked him why there was so much salt on my food? He tells me that it is a new policy the company wants them to promote, and that is to put salt on everything. My jaw dropped. He says you have to say no salt. I informed him that it was requested and he gave me the money back for the home fries. I mean, I get it, but come on, now let people pour their own death bed if they want."

"Friendly service and atmosphere. Food is fresh and plenty of options. Good place for the whole family!"

"I liked everything about the experience (low key except for the fries). The staff are friendly, the food was pretty good, portions are big so make sure to come with a full appetite. I order the classic Farmer’s breakfast with chicken sausage instead. Pancake was fluffy and fulfilling, the place is either new or has been renewed recently but it’s remarkably clean, and prices are reasonable too. I enjoyed my visit!"

"UPDATE: We were in this location last week and our waitress was AMAZING! She was ahead of everything and she was handling a ton of tables at once. The food was amazing too! There have been improvements over the years and yet they still have the items that they are known for. Also, we were there in the morning and we were able to order anything we wanted! A huge plus because Mt husband doesn't care for breakfast food. Wonderful service plus it has the same standard of food and you know what to expect at each restaurant."
