"Service was great. Prices were high. The worst chicken strips ever, they tasted and smelled strongly like maple syrup. I couldn't finish them, I started feeling nauseous as I ate. My husband couldn't even eat them covered in ketchup. My child wouldn't touch them, in the trash they went. $50+ for 2 adults and 2 kids. Update HFM contacted me and apologized to me for our experience. They offered to reverse charges on the meal."
"Good place to have lunch in the museum. But for me, the price level was a bit high here, considering the quality or the amount provided."
"$80 for (5) of the nastiest hot dogs we've ever eaten (mine seriously tasted like dog food smells), cold over-seasoned fries, and bottled water/sodas. All but our drinks went straight to the trash! NEVER AGAIN!!! We were really disappointed that the little diner in the museum was closed. I'd give this place zero stars if I could!"
"I have always loved Plum Market and this is just a mini version of the foods they carry. The portions are small, but usually taste pretty good. I think the prices are average, but maybe that’s because I’m from the Ann Arbor area. The option to have beer and wine, or coffee and ice cream is awesome. That is really the best part. I’m also a member of the museum so I get a little off the food and that’s great too. Get the cauliflower anything. It’s going to be yummy."
"Terrible food. The chicken tenders had a weird sweet curry like coating on them that made me sick. No one at our table liked them and I definitely heard a lot of other kids around saying they didn’t like them either. My son got a hot dog and he refused to eat it, it was dark, dry, and didn’t look at all appetizing. Service was terrible and the line was super slow. $25 for garbage food."
