"When placing my order inside, my meal wasn't quite what I asked for. As, I'm informing that associate the correction that needed to be made. Ms. Alicia F., and Ms.. Kyra W. Both, went over and Beyond to make sure my order was correct! Later to find out that both of them are trying to be managers. Ms.(GM) Jakar, also Supervisor Queen. I, believe they can run the store with no worries! I, absolutely can say I was completely satisfied with customer service, wait time as well as my order! 5 Stars Across The Board! ... #576"

"So I came into the store, stood at the counter for five mins. The guy behind the counter and the manager just looking at me. So I asked do I have to use the kiosk. He said yes just for him to start ringing up the people who came in after me. Terrible service. Lying for no reason."

"I must say this location is not ran in the best order. A lady with a spoon full of hair that had a little oxtail ponytail hanging out of her hat with a mustache was very nasty, rude and unprofessional. The lines were backed up the card reader fell off the stand and the rude lady said that it’s not her job to fix the machine but to swipe or tap. However when Kimmy came back off break she came in and cleaned house by fixing orders and getting people in and out. She was pleasant and very patient corrected my order and made sure EVERY customer was satisfied. She’s the only reason I would return."

"Y’all grease dirty asl , never change it nuggets be burnt asl managers walking around on the phone cussing they kids out the manager Crystal be walking around with whippes asking minors do they wanna take a shot of her bottle , she never managing her floor the whole crew be sitting in the lobby talking , while the customers just waiting , on there food they spent money on , and when you want a refund they call the police on you , the gm is gay always arguing with females , they never try to solve the problem they just wanna argue, nothing never in stores but on the menu when they don’t wanna take orders they say DoorDash and mobile orders only and it says it close at 12 the store need to be shut down the minors that works there is getting over worked ! Not giving them any raises but got them cleaning an frappé machine and the ice cream machine the morning people never stock up they get more than one meal and leave with the store dirty and leave it for night shift which is unprofessional and the general manager doesn’t say anything to them , everybody that walks in there tell them to clean there restrooms and they have fat rats running around the whole building, one even jumped on an customer there not doing anything about them , they might be inside the store , the place need to be shut down asap!"
