"I do not recommend anyone to come here! I love Italian dishes, particularly calamari. I am also a hostess with years of fine dining experience, and new healthcare worker with few off days. So i enjoy ordering good food! The hostess/manager maria , short lady with black hair ruined the whole experience and i was only doing a carryout order. She never once while i placed the order over the phone stated they only accept cash or card. I came with apple pay and cash but i was two dollars short in cash. She proceeded to say she cant help me unless i can give the cash and my card number. I pulled up the last 4 number which is all apple pay will provide and she was very rude about saying she cant help me if i dont have the money. I explained I could grab some change to cover the rest but would she have any discounts she could use that would cover the $1.50 I was short. She said no and its only card or cash, i asked for someone else to cash me out because her attitude was unnecessary and I didn’t appreciate it. She grabbed someone else and stood watching , I asked her to move because she was being rude and she said no! At some point while i was still trying to be cashed out we grappled over the food and it spilled across the bar. My only goal was to pay for my food and head home. Maria then said she would call the police because I look inebriated and i shouldn’t be driving, that in itself offended me. I was inebriated and i was not driving, my boyfriend was driving and he doesn’t drink. She then had a cook come to defend her and he was just as rude, saying theres nothing they could do for me since they dont take apple pay so I can leave and dont come back until i am able to pay. Service like this sucks but its better to know before you spend any of your hard earned money. As a part time hostess there are plenty of discounts available she couldve used at her discretion but when someone full of negative energy is greeting your customers this is what happens. Save your money and energy and go to carrabas or something"

"I hate to put a bad review I used to go here a lot the staff is is nice . I stopped going because the lady owner is very rude you would think that after her seeing us often she would change her attitude . Last night my son ordered chicken Marsala and it did not taste right so he sent it back I ordered a filet it was tough I just kept it. We always take care of the staff. Owner got upset that we sent the chicken Marsala back . To the owner I’m not sure what you are going through but I pray that you find peace . As a business owner myself my customer satisfaction is rule number one . It’s unfortunate but if you look at your reviews There’s alot of complaints of your rudeness Again I pray for inner peace for you ."

"Been eating here for over 20 years never had a bad meal or experience. I come here every year for my birthday. Absolutely love this restaurant their food is amazing everything is homeade and fresh. The waitresses and waiters are very professional and friendly it's always clean comfortable and nice inside and the food is amazing. Their salad dressings are all homemade and the creamy Romano is amazing!!!! I recommend the gnocchi, the lasagna, the eggplant parmesan. No matter what you order it will be amazing!! Make sure you tip if you can't afford to leave a tip you shouldn't be eating out!!!!"
