"Take your order and make you pull away from the window so their completed times stay artificially low. Then you sit in front of the building for 15-20 minutes waiting for the food which totally defeats the purpose of fast food. Between the price and service, it’s not worth the trouble"

"They're food is good but DAMN they take 2 long...the concept of fast food is trash with them.Just wasted $7 because I had 2 jump outta line so I could get 2 work on time and we were 7 cars backed up for food all in front of the door. "Ordered a chicken wrap this evening and it look totally different from from the wraps i been getting from burger King it looked a lot smaller and messy so i went inside and ask for a different kind of wrap . Of course they got an attitude as usual . So we're going back and forth and what surprised me is the manager ask the sandwich make do they want to make another one . Are u kidding me , that is what she do make the orders . So what's the problem .it took her less than 1min. To make a different wrap and she had an attitude . My point is ..ur the manager and u have to get permission from the employee to do their job . Wow ! Unbelievable ! The customer service pathetic ! You weather arugue with the customer about their order than then provide them with great customer service and wonder why customers don't return."
