"This place is a low key vibe on the edge of Taylor/Dearborn Heights. I really enjoyed the food and the drinks were stiff and a great price! The food came out quickly but was hot and fresh with a fantastic portion size! The service was very sweet, the server was attentive, the entire staff helped out and were courteous and worked quickly. The atmosphere was ok, my table was a little loose and wobbly which was a little annoying, and the room was just quiet with no music and the wall candles weren’t on so it was sort of bright and uncomfortable for dining in. But the area was clean and the people were so inviting and the food was so much and such good quality for the price that I really enjoyed my time and will be back again. I’d say 7.5/10 would definitely recommend for a quick bite and a whiskey and coke."
"At noon we went to eat a couple of things at this place. I went with a Mexican friend. Food of excellent quality, flavor and perfect temperature. my friend said it tasted better than in Mexican Town itself. Don't hesitate to come, they also prepare special dishes in advance. Very well served portions."
"Best tacos I’ve had IN MY LIFE seriously they are made in a way I’ve never tasted and I’ll be customer for life now. Last night was my first visit. Wait staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant was clean cozy and warm, decorated with beautiful hand painted Guatemalan art. I also liked the white queso cheese appetizer I got."
"This family owned business has been operating for almost 70 years. Delicious authentic food made by 4th generation. The original building is the dining area now..very friendly staff. I will be returning"
