"We showed up unexpectedly with 20 people which consisted of parents and volleyball players. They told us they would get us in no problem in about 30 minutes. It was very busy so I expected it would be a disaster. It was the exact opposite! They got every order right and every check was right. We go to high end steak houses all the time and my steak was the third of the price and nearly as good! Wish I lived closer we would be there more often. Our only regret was not getting our servers name so I could mention her on here."

"Me and my husbands date night went from great to disastrous. We saw a great movie and came here for dinner and it was so nasty. We sat down and the waitress Lorelle literally threw the menu scanner at us and just walked away. We figured she must’ve had a bad day but when we asked for bread and she came back it was ok. We told her there was hair in it she said ok sorry and left the bread and never brought any new bread. Then our appetizers came out after our meals and the food runner girl was confused about our food and what we ordered. The food wasnt good but she never came back for us to let her know. We requested the check and she never brought it but stood there and stared at my husband as he reached in his wallet for the bill and rolled her eyes when he said he needed change back for the $200 he gave her when our bill was only $112. We came here to escape the Plymouth location but I’d rather go there, flies and all."

"I went with two young lady coworkers. I hope they had a good time because I did. Serenity was our waitress. She was wonderful helpful and I/we enjoyed her very much. Something happened today that affected the entire staff. They struggled with it but were able to do the job. We were having having fun at our table. I noticed the ladies at the bar watching us. I think they had a good chuckle. I want to assure you our happiness did not intend to show any disrespect for what all of your were feeling. The food was good. The drinks were good. Serenity was wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves. Thank you all."

"Entire waiting staff is rude and unprofessional. Prices are outrageous for the low-quality food. I ordered rib tips and received normal ribs. 16$ for this plate?... Their beer tap lines were down, My friend ordered a Stella 22oz and received a 12oz but was charged for the bigger size bottle, He also paid 25$ for a Cheeseburger that was almost raw with a single beer and palm size serving of fries. Half the food items on their menu they weren't able to serve, their digital only menu is a mess and misleading. It also felt like we were being treated with Racism by the black staff. They will bring the card reader to the table and take your card and put it into the machine themself trying to pressure you to tip more for horrible service. I've had microwaveable meals better than what was served. Don't give their 2.5 average star rating the benefit of the doubt like we did. There's a reason. If 0 stars was an option I would use it!"

"Food is excellent! Service is excellent! Their desserts are unique and they have great drinks. They have food for every price point and their menu has a Southern flair. Candace is one of the best servers I have ever met. Seriously, she is in my top 5 of servers, and I have been to over 20 countries! Great manager as well. Even though they were short staffed, the whole experience was well handled and they have a fun atmosphere."
