"Most of the time no issues good location and it seems as though they have dedicated employees. Probably only had one bad experience. But food quality is good enough, and service is decent. It's located right off Michigan avenue so sometimes they get pretty busy."

"all I did was pull up she asked me what I would like I asked for one second after I was ready the girl didn’t say anything I sat there waiting for 15 minutes till I pulled up to the window and then she went and took the other girls order we asked why she wouldn’t take our order she laughs and closes the window. she was super disrespectful for no reason. Truly disappointed in the customer service it doesn’t make any sense I didn’t even say nothing or do nothing to her was just trying to order but she didn’t wanna take my order? For some reason."

"I literally tried to ask for my money back because I didn’t have the time to wait the lady told me to pull up they’re fixing my food now shut up, then slammed the window in my face so I waited for five minutes at the window and try to get my money back. She proceeded to throw the bag in my face and told me to leave they don’t give refunds, she repeated this 10 to 15 times until I pull my phone out and started recording her. That’s when I finally got a refund after waiting 10 minutes which I told her I did not have the time."
