Rex's Golden Grill

"Rex's Golden Grill really surprised me and my family with their extensive menu options. I had driven by this restaurant for a few years always thinking to myself, next time. When the time presented itself, we found Rex's an excellent choice for dining. I had a huge, delicious, full stack of buttermilk pancakes that were close to how my mother used to make them. The prices were very reasonable and the serving staff attentive. I was so impressed with the quality of the food. I think you will be too if you give Rex's a shot."

"When my family and I arrived the most polite hostess greeted us and took us to our table. She then complimented our daughter's outfit. The waitress introduced herself while getting our drink order, then patiently told us take our time to read the menu. With this being our first time at Rex's, I asked the waitress for her recommendations. We ordered and the food came out quick and DELICIOUS. Drinks were refilled as the last sip was taken. So the service was great and the food was amazing. The only thing I could say is that they could use some extra help as far as waitresses. There are only a couple there every time we go. And they do seem a bit shorthanded. And I would have to say about out of six of the waitresses two of them are friendly, professional, and polite."

"Enjoy going there for crepes. Asked for extra powder sugar, the waitress argued with me about me wanting more. She heard me say there goes her tip. She got sarcastic with me. I gave her $1... then gave the man who clears the tables as he was very nice and she told him... that was her tip. Won't be back for a bit. But good food."

"Great food. My chopped steak, mashed potatoes, and soup were all excellent. The pepper steak soup was especially good. Service was fantastic. The waitresses were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. I tried to think of something to criticize but couldn't find anything. Police, Fire, and active Military get 50% off their entree. Outstanding restaurant. You definitely gained a customer."
