"Well, first, the good. Chicken sandwiches with jalapeño cheese are great, onion chips still great, the fact that the service is so slow that it keeps me from going here more often and that's great for my diet. Seriously though I pulled up and there was one car in front of me that was only at the window about 1 and a half minutes before pulling away. I ordered 5 chicken sandwiche's, an order of onion chips, and a drink and i waited at the window for 15 minutes. There has been times I waited longer and had to jump the curb to get out of line because I was going to be late for work. This is also not related to covid, inflation, political party affiliation or whatever else you want to blame. This has been like this for at least 11 years thatvive been going by."

"Ordered online. Went there on the time it told me to pick up and there was no place to pick up the online order. They closed the dine in door so ended up taking 20 minutes in the normal drive through window and then they didn't even make the order they were supposed to have ready 20 minutes ago. Waited another 5 minutes IN the drive through line. What's the point of ordering online?"

"Placed an order online for 2 crave cases almost 2 hours in advance. When I arrived the employee had an attitude an said your food isn’t ready it’s gone be a while. She was angry because I made an order for 2 crave cases. This isn’t the manager you want working for you she should have been ecstatic we were patronizing your establishment. After this I will Not be returning. I would rather drive an hour away to the next closest restaurant."

"Very friendly, fast service. Got some chicken rings, 1921's and sliders and fries. Food was cooked perfectly and everything was hot and fresh. Excellent job at this location."
