"I’m disgusted with the Pontiac Tim Hortons on Walton because of the inedible food that I received in a delivery. Bobbi the manager allows burnt food to be served to customers. And when you complain, she makes no effort to make it right. And after reading all HER negative reviews, it seems to be a consistent issue."

"The owner of this restruant is either absent or doesn't care. This place has to be the worst TH in Michigan. The lobby looks like a storage room of old tables and is always DIRTY. You go in to order in the AM and the radio is blaring rap music so loud you can barely hear the guy mumbling to take you order. HOW do you make a breakfast sandwich from a stale biscuit? You cant feel its hard as a rock when you pick it up? They haphazardly bag stuff together...just throw loose doughnuts into the bag? Place a mobile order 20 minutes ahead and they don't start making it till I get there? Every single time I place a mobile order.... Whats the point of the mobile order?! Clearly they don't care."

"Visited Tim Hortons in 617 Walton Blv. at Oct.1st at 11am. Wait for order 35min. Wait for service another 25 min. Meal we got was incomplete. Need to argue to get the complete order. Staff was kindly spoken insolently and incompetent. This people should not work in service. At the good bye we saw the middle finger of the server. Very poor experience."

"I ASKED TO BE SURE AND THEY said they had dark toast coffee so I ordered 2 with 1 cream 4 sugars each and the coffee dose not taste like coffee it’s like the had a half cup of coffee and finished the rest with creamer . My coffee should not be white with 1 cream. Taste like nothing, like water ."

"Went through the drive thru and purchased 2 iced teas with a honey cruller. The drive thru person was very nice and didn’t give me attitude when I asked for a cup of ice. The tea is freshly brewed. The cruller was fresh. Great job with the customer service!!! Recently returned and received an extra donut free of charge as the drive thru had a long wait."
