"Went for a girls night and the service was great, music was bomb. The drinks were good as well. Nice vibes. But I can tell it's more of a younger crowd spot."
"This is my second time coming here and I highly recommend! The food is excellent, atmosphere was chill, I went at noon this time, the first time I went at 2pm and it was packed, and the environment was a lil loud, but not obnoxious. I didn’t have a wait, on that time, but I recommend if you are a group of 3 or more make a reservation. Both times I went by myself. Definitely will return!"
"I attended a birthday brunch for a relative on a Sunday Nov. 12th , 2023 afternoon about 12-1pm. The restaurant/bar was packed and there were other big parties seated so the parking was crowded. However, we (party of 10)waited by the hostess station for about 10 minutes until our table was ready. The hostess (older woman) took us to a private dining area in the back of the restaurant. It was very secluded from the rest of the atmosphere of the restaurant( no view of other patrons or windows) but we were okay with the privacy and there was a mounted television to watch football. We waited for another 20 minutes before the hostess came back to apologize for the wait and we were served water and met our server, Trinity. From there, Trinity explained the menus are a QR Code and preceded to take our drink orders. I ordered the pineapple mimosa, while other people ordered Daiquiris and the waitress offered the birthday girl a daiquiri flight on the house which I thought was very nice. From there, we all proceeded with our orders. People in our party ordered catfish and grits, shrimp and grits, waffles and chicken etc. I wanted something different so I opted for a Cobb salad with chicken and a side of catfish and which I didn’t know was just a half strip but I’ll get to that in a sec. About 15-20 mins later, a everyone else’s orders came out and the looked fantastic. The waffles were fluffy topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream, the grits were hot and buttery, and the catfish was fried to perfection. I was served my half strip of catfish which is apparently the side serving amount for $4. Unsatisfied with the serving amount, I quickly inquired with the waitress if this was a side serving amount, she said yes. I ordered two more pieces ($4 each) so now I should have a total of 3 pieces totaling $12. However, I still haven’t received my Cobb salad which was $15. I didn’t want the other’s food to get cold waiting, so I insisted they began to eat as I thought mine shouldn’t be long as I ordered a salad. They even offered me tastes of their food while I wait that’s how I know how delicious it was. Now by now it has been at least 30 minutes of their food came out as I nibbled on my catfish strip and I still didn’t have my salad. I jokingly said to my party they might as well bring my food in a to-go container because they were almost done. Just as I say that, our server brings my salad in a to go container (as shown). With the chicken in a separate container to go bowl. I was unimpressed with the wait time and now the presentation of the meal. However, I opened the separate container of chicken was was well seasoned and juicy and topped my salad. They also brought the other 2 side servings of catfish. The salad looked fresh and the ranch dressing was good but it was in a container that resembled a Coney Island or lunch counter diner. It was not presented well especially if I ordered for dine in. Unsatisfied, I asked our waitress, if I can speak with a manager. The manager came in his name is Kyle. Handsome and looked young however, he sat next to me and listened as I explained my issues. I explained that our waiters was friendly no issues there, but why did it take so long for a salad and why do they only serve a half strip of fish as a side? He stated the salads are pre made so that’s why it’s in the container and if I was aware of the side of catfish serving amount and I replied no. But I inquired if the salad is pre made why did it still take so long and I didn’t get a clear response. Nonetheless, he apologized for the experience and stated he would take care of me but didn’t state specifically what he would do. But I left it at that until I saw the bill. Where there was half off my salad ($7.50 off) but the rest was full price plus the 20% gratuity included. Unsatisfied, I asked the server to get the manager again. About 5 minutes later, she came back and stated Kyle who I spoke to initially had stepped out and the other manager was not aware of my issue told the server to handle the issue. She comped the meal 100%"
"We had a party of 9. Everything was amazing! The food and the drinks were perfect. I had the chicken tenders and waffles. Amazing. This place was busy busy. They were booked to capacity. I recommend making a reservation. Glad I did. Only issue we had was the food didn't all come out at once. A couple of our people had to wait 10/15 minutes for their food to come. But all in all it is a nice restaurant. I'll definitely be back!"
