It helps that the owner has run a food truck for years, so the food has already proven itself. It's truly unique and certainly elevates late-night bar eats. Massive selection of tequila and they truly know their stuff when it comes to it (mezcal as well). If you're in the area (or even if you're not) you owe it to yourself to check it out."

"It may not look like much from outside, but the Cosmic Burrito hits well above its weight class. When I arrived I was informed that the shredded beef would be coming out of the cooker shortly, which I took as a sign. While waiting, I had a good conversation with Pablo, the owner. He discussed his origins with his food truck and the importance of smaller batch, fresh ingredients. He seemed pretty dedicated to his community and especially his customers. It wasn't long before my burrito arrived, and at the very first bite I understood why Pablo placed such an emphasis on fresh ingredients. The food was definitely a step up from most of the burrito places I've tried around the area. If you're in the area, you won't regret giving the Cosmic Burrito a visit. I plan on returning pretty soon myself."

"Went here for the first time tonight and I loved it. It’s really nice to find somewhere different to go, the whole space thing is super cool and their whole menu is a play off of that and it was super cool. The food was great, house margarita was awesome, and Tiffani gave us the most welcoming and attentive service. Also! The fact that they have a range of two dog hot sauces is great. Will definitely be coming back for karaoke on Fridays!"
