"Manager was ridiculously out of control... No respect for her customers or me. I'm 60 years old an I've experienced anything like this before. They have kiosks machines to purchase your food. First time I've experienced those. Ask for help and she replied they've been there for two years. To me... It they've been there 20 years, I'm a paying customer and deserve a lil bit more respect then that. I'll still didn't get help with it. Then when I get my food, my sandwich was dry, fries were cold with catch up... asked her for some mayonnaise and catch up she took my sandwich and throw it back though the window... And walked away. 4 mins. Later I received my food. I won't be spending my money with people or companies like again."

"Kiosk I came into your restaurant to order some food. The clerk told me to use the kiosk. I tried to use the kiash( Which is not elderly friendly) the young food service worker was more worried about talking then trying to help me. I had to get back into my car and go and order food through the takeout line. The young man that took my money to pay for my order. Couldn't any say one word to me? Just ask me for my card and told me how much my bill was. The young man Michael that gave me my food was very friendly after I told him how I was treated. What is this world coming to when it comes down to taking care of the elderly people. Not happy! French fries are cold!"

"I came through the drive thru, and ordered breakfast. Once I pulled up to the window and the lady went to hand me my drink, I noticed she had a weird look on her face as she continued to “adjust” the lid on my drink. Once I got home I noticed there was a bug in my drink. The place is nasty, and the people that work there don’t care what they’re serving their customers."
