"I am very happy to have a local music shop in Petoskey carrying high quality instruments! Gary, the owner of the shop, is in there regularly, and i can tell you from a few conversations that he has a passion for guitars. I prefer shopping here to online because you get to hold and test the instrument first, and as we all know, not every axe is built the same! It's very cool to see Taylor's and Guilds hanging from the walls, i appreciate the beautiful instruments he's selected to carry. He is a talented repair person as well, as this shop is a Taylor authorized repair center. I brought in my Taylor mini GS koa top and he set it up in about 45 min, shaving down the bridge nut, lowering the action (perfectly) and lowering two frets that were causing buzz. I would recommend calling first as he splits his time between Gaylord and Petoskey locations. I will be back for my guitar needs from now on."
