"Visited 2 weeks ago during my lunch, wanted cook to order so food wouldn't be cold and the person taking my order yelled it's rush hour. I've worked at mcdonalds before I get it but that's not the way to go about it."

"The staff could improve by saying welcome to McDonald's. There's not a greater and the ones that are working in the back don't acknowledge anybody at the counter I believe that the manager should have all cell phones put in the back easy to get to when need to but they should not have it out on the floor while working cuz all they do is they check their phones periodically throughout the day to where they're distracted from working. So therefore one going through drive through it's slow. When you're going in it's slow. The cell phone should be put away and I feel that when a customer comes up we should be able to see your eyes. No hair in the face and I understand the job is tough. Half the time they don't want to be there but it's their job. They should have smile on their face. When talking with the customer"

"Quick, fast, fresh food! I stop in at least 1-2 times a week. I’ve seen a lot change. Staffing was an issue a few months ago, but I’ve hurd the motivation chants from the manager and boost a strong team even on the short staff days. This has made a huge improvement! Staff is kind even when busy! I’ve always had fresh and cooked correctly food. Not even over cooked hash browns or burnt edges on my bagel. This is a really busy area and you guys are rocking it!
