"Overpriced and horrible service. The staff does not speak English at all. The guy I talked to could literally not come up with an English response. All I can hear is Spanish gibberish as I wait for my order. If they can’t speak English, then I doubt they are here legally…thanks Biden. Oh and also this McDonald’s does not do refills. They fill the drinks up 80% with ice and then say no refills. Great customer service. I won’t be back to this McDonald’s ever again and would recommend the same to any other decent human being."

"Ignored at the counter for 10 minutes when only two other customers were even in the place. Worst part - franchise owner is one of these cheap clowns who removed the pop machine and doesn’t offer free refills. If you’re going to McDonald’s pick another location. Don’t give your business to these cheapskates."

"I hate to say this, but the staff here, mainly morning management, isn't the best. They make a lot of mistakes and DO NOT CARE AT ALL. I understand things may not be ideal for them, but being rude to your guests doesn't keep the bills paid. I have frequently stopped at this location, and many times, my order was not the best. I can handle a few mistakes, but customer appreciation needs to increase a lot more. Respectfully."

"This place DESPERATELY needs a manager in the morning. We live near and have come to this location quite a few times, due to that reason and that reason alone. They tell you to pull into a parking spot for everything. I have personally been told to pull into a parking spot for drinks..twice..and been forgotten about..twice. Also, pull off for a drink? what? It'll take you 30 seconds to make it and a minute to walk it out to me. Give it to me out the window. They'll even tell you to pull off when you're the only one in line. It just seems like they don't know what they're doing. Nothing makes sense, it's ran really inefficiently and wastes people's time. Also they don't know which cups to use for drinks. Either that or they just give out smaller on purpose. The employees need training."

"I visited later at night probably close to to closing time, it appeared that they were running less than a skeleton crew, but the way they handled l of the vehicles was efficient. Tool a little time before being able to place an order, bit once it eat placed payment and receiving the food and beverages was very quick and the food was the hottest freshest food I've ever had at any McDonald's so worth the wait."
