"The food was straight nasty!!! Health department shut this restaurant down ASAO! All I ordered was a large French fries made fresh and they burned every fries in the carton. Unbelievable!!! No supervisor there. It should be illegal to serve food there!!!!!!"

"Extremely disappointed in this McDonald's!!! Had me waiting outside of the line for a good 10 minutes for a hot chocolate that I already paid for! Went into the store and they told me it was going to be a few more minutes because a trainee made it. Why!?! I ended up having to leave without my hot chocolate or being reimbursed. Burning up my gas and time! And money! Never again."

"Would give them no stars but have to give atleast 1 to post.The afternoon crew is horrible they have no respect for their customers they won't fix problems when they mess up your food or your missing food when you go back or call to talk with a manager they have you talk with a shift supervisor which is still in high school and puts you on hold while she has to ask the other managers what to do when you ask to speak to the other managers they are to busy to get on the phone or finally after 25 minutes of getting nowhere they get on and are just as disrespectful as she was refusing to give their name or General Managers info or phone number they refuse to replace or refund your missing items or what they screwed up and hang up the phone on you. The night manager he said his name was Colton is the rudest and no help whatsoever refusing to correct anything and thinks it's a big joke thinking that if I want my food that they messed up or didn't give me that I'm supposed to jump and go back and get it I'm sorry it's not my fault you didn't do your job you should fix the problem bad customer service all around the worst McDonald's in Waterford. They try to say they are short staffed at night but yet have 3 managers and yet 3 times in 1 week I've had messed up orders and also been told if I've had that many problems why do I come back. Just wanted to edit my post I was able to speak with the general manager Nicole and would like to say how she went above and beyond to fix the situation she is a great manager and puts her customers first she listens to her customers and understands how they feel when there are issues Thank You!"

"I had ordered 6 Happy Meals and extra food that was ready about 2 hours ahead of time. Colton the manager understood and refunded my purchase so I could reorder the meals at the time to benefit my granddaughter's school."

"This really is a decent McDonald's - USUALLY. Well as far as the staff always being friendly and providing quick service. However, with the most recent visit I'm a little surprised at the condition of the food I received. The fries were very hot but I would say about a quarter of the fries were out of the container and in the bag and most disturbing. As you can see by the picture was the regular cheeseburger I ordered. I attached a picture but I'm going to assume you probably can't really tell that it is a hamburger. I do understand, especially during busy times that hamburgers may get stacked or staff are rushing, but for a burger to be literally smashed is a bit concerning. I do have to wonder is it because I made this cheeseburger a special order by asking for no mustard or onions? Which meant during a busy lunch a special order had to be completed? McDonald's would not do that, would they?"
