"2/15/24 I placed an order online around 9am the day of for one pizza delivery service. I needed the pizza at work by 11:45 for lunch at 12pm. I call this location at 11:55am, I’m on hold for a WHILE. Finally someone answered and said that their 11:45 drop off deliveries where just coming out the oven!!! Like how unprofessional is that!? So I asked if they can throw in a 16 oz Pepsi for me the wait, and this lady said “I don’t know” and ended the call! I’m really unhappy with this location. Never again. I’d rather take my money somewhere else"

"I called to preorder my slices so they'd be hot, fresh and ready to eat when I got there; unfortunately, they "sold my slices" and only had one on hand. They said they'd make me fresh slices and it would be quick. Ok I just want food at this point. The staff was nice enough to accommodate the issue with a discount. But upon leaving and getting home to eat my slices realized they gave me one not fresh (was now cold) and one fresh and hot. Very disappointed. If you're going to fix something, fix it all the way not halfway. Note, always check your food before you leave from anywhere."

"This location gives Jet's Pizza a bad name. I love Jets pizza but 9 out of 10 times my pizza here is a dried out over baked or sloppily made or lacking sauce or cheese. I have complained and sent pictures and they have agreed that they gave me a much below par pizza and offer me credit for next time, But really, is bad pizza ever a good value? If they could just make a decent pizza like every other Jet's rather than turning out trash. When they get it right, it is good Jet's pizza!"
