"So I went and got 2 meals with 2 cokes and the cokes tasted like carbonated water the fries where soggy and how can I be the only customer there for 10 min already went through drive threw had to wait on my food and then I get my food and its like that this is the second time this place has disappointed me in a row and I have only eaten there that many times so each time has been very dissatisfaction the last time I got soggy fries half a meal and the employees where to interested on what they got going on more than doing there jobs I have never been rude to them or them to me i can say that they just suck at what ever there job entails I will not be going back to this location and I hope they either retrain there employees to do the job properly or get rid of your staff and start new cause none of them there seem to appreciate there job and don't know what customer satisfaction is"

"Ordered 2 chicken bite boxes & a checker burger meal with cheese & grilled onion. First they give us the wrong order. Now we have to go back and pick up the correct order. Picked up the correct order but I live 3 mins away from this location and all the food was cold & onions weren't grilled. I called this location to tell them & how frustrated i was since they messed it up 2 times already. You think after getting the wrong order you would of made it fresh. The person on the phone was very rude & unprofessional! Pretty much saying he seen it all be dropped fresh and I'm just lying. Like i was trying to get "free" food, so he hung up on me. Called back no answer, no shocker there. No i don't want free food. After that nasty food you can keep it & I won't be back. Also wanted shakes but couldn't order them because they decided to turn the machines off 2 hours early..."

"The service was poor. 1st they gave us the wrong order. I get home call to have it replaced. They said they would replace. So I drive back up there to get it. I'm there for 10 minutes if not longer and get the food no frys were dropped and no chicken was dropped in a fryer. Food we got was old and cold."

"Don't frequent fast food anymore, not healthy, but when craving greasy fast food we head right over for Checker Fish Sandwich, Best FF & Cool MIlk Shake. Besides tasty, served hot, fast & affordable. For us it's our #1 sometime treat... Don't tell our Doctor! ouch!"

"I’ve been a fan of Rally’s/checkers for years since it first came out. Who can forget the Seth Green commercial in the 90's. I don’t care where it’s located. I’ll still drive to get my fill. Checker fries! Checker burger. Big Buford! This location is fine. Never had an issues here. Solid. Never missed an order. Simple. It’s sad some people still have not tried this place. Never a long line. Great food! Open late. Seriously late. Even Burger King around the corner is closed at 7pm. Lol. This is post Covid. Everyone should be open late. Highly recommended"
