"Worst subway I’ve ever came to!!! Never again, I’ll rather drive an extra mile and go to the other one, lady wouldn’t accept my coupon and was so stingy with my sub I wish you guys could see it, she put 2 of every vegetable!!! I’ve never witnessed this cheapness ever in my life"

"I go there (this location) often because the people who work there (a hands-on owner and a very nice woman who basically runs the place) are incredibly nice. They want the customers to be happy and they find a way to do it. Subway is a franchise and I think most or all are independently owned and operated. It’s a tough business. You have to order corporate food items and follow corporate directions. So in that sense there isn’t much control. But at this location at Grand River / Drake they run the business very professionally and they’re as nice as can be. If you’re gonna get Subway, or just need something quick, and you’re anywhere nearby,, they don’t ever make mistakes and THEY ARE SUPER.FRIENDLY! Enjoy."

"If you are a pure vegetarian, just stay away from this place. They don't change gloves while handling non-meat items. If they are doing like this in front of customers, just imagine what they could be doing behind the scenes. Previous owners were really good, always nice and neat. Now when I see people there, they just don't have any idea on how to handle customers. The lady who acts like she is in charge is very rude. These people don't know what customer service is. Also, they hardly put toppings in the sub."
