"I ordered a large caramel frappe with no whipped cream. Cup was an adequate amount of not full. When I spoke to the manager she blamed the machine but didn’t offer to give me a full cup like I paid for."

"Disgusting! The bathroom had ZERO toilet paper in either stall, there was no soap in the dispenser. This is west bloomfield? I've been in cleaner bathrooms in the ghetto of Detroit! Absolutely trash! Considering the way the bathroom looked, I would NEVER eat at this establishment."

"So it's fast food and it's McDonald's, they should all be the same. The fries are fresh 8/10 I have visited. The difference is the people. The managers are just fantastic! There is a manager there and her name is Nikki. She is so polite and friendly. She gives exceptional service every time!. Unfortunately Nikki is not at the ordering line anymore or at the paying window or at the pickup window. To the managers please reach out and teach your (younger, kids) staff to be more like you! The younger staff need people skills ASAP and people training!!! They give you nothing but major attitudes and side eyes and my favorite eye roll before you pay. This is bad for business."

"I went on Tuesday September 5 2023 around 3:30 and the workers where rude and got pissy about asking about a drink we didn’t get because it wasn’t rung up, but they didn’t even give us a receipt, but she wouldn’t even hear us out just got pissy about us asking about a dollar something soda we had ordered. Another issue was the food, I wanted a 4 piece nugget but couldn’t even eat half of them because they were messed up and looked questionable. Also they wouldn’t scan the 20% off coupon I had, didn’t explain why or if there was another thing I could use just threw the phone back at me and said she can’t use it even tho it was a code on the app. The buns on everything with a bun was hard, and they forgot my sauce. I am no Karen and I have worked in fast food so I understand some things, but this was bad customer service."
