"The food was pretty good, basically the same thing at any other Coney Island I had no issues with my food, but the service on the other hand was terrible I don't know what kind of people the owner hires but it kind of seems like he just takes anybody off the street that comes in.. And it's not that they're young or anything because there was older servers there they were all rude all gathered in a little huddle laughing and giggling staring at everybody judging everybody like it was such an uncomfortable dine-in experience like grow up seriously.. higher better waitresses maybe some ladies that actually have experience and customer service not immature trailer park people"

"I met my brothers there for lunch. The food was really good. We stayed for 4 hours talking and catching up and never felt pressured to leave. The waitress was efficient and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed."

"Food was pretty good but the lack of service is inexcusable. I watched my food sit in the window for 10 minutes while the waitress vacuumed. Then I had to go to the counter and ask for the stuff she forgot to bring because once again she was too busy cleaning. Didn’t come by and check on us at all. Had to go back to the counter and ask for the bill. And no it wasn’t right before closing time. And this has happened to me on multiple occasions. I’m glad they stay clean but it’s at the expense of your service."
