"I went thru the drive thru and told cashier I have two separate orders “the lady said they do not do two orders thru drive thru.”I asked why, she said because I would be holding up the line. I said no one else is in line so made no sense. I had to drive back out onto telegraph to pull back into the drive thru because management is making the employees do 1 order through drive through even if noone is in line. Which caused my food to be cold that I purchased at Macdonald prior to going through this drive thru. I do not blame the employees they are only doing what they are advised (Brianna) .It makes me not want to return because I bring my mom with me that is disabled so, I will always have two separate orders (she does not drive.)"

"We love KFC. One of our favorite foods. Great meals when on the go. Have never actually had a bad meal here yet. Our go to is the chicken pot pie. I would give them a 5 star all the way but for a fast food they are to me a bit pricey. Even for good quality food."

"They have better deals online. I tried to pick up an order the door was locked. You have to wait in the drive thru to pick up your food. When got to the speaker I asked, if I could order it online now? I was told I had to get out of line. Then place my online order and get back in the long line I already waiting in. Poor customer experience."

"KFC flatrock absolutely disgusting. The fries were not edible, tasted and looked like the day before, just reheated. The "new" kfc wraps, had no spicy mayo so they gave all classic, cold chicken and gross. We will not be eating there ever again. I'm not paying $17 for that trash food again, waste of money."
